72h Ergon Bakery

Located on the corner of Mitropoleos and Patrou streets, on the ground floor of Ergon Bakehouse (just a few meters below Ergon House), the showcase of 72h Artisanal Bakery is filled with bread and pastries made with a 72-hour pre-fermented sourdough – hence the name. The hand-written descriptions of all the products on the glass will capture your attention, helping you choose exactly what you see in front of you.

Neropistolo

Neropistolo, the playful new age bakery that recently opened on the bustling corner of Vouli Street, has created an original concept in the heart of the city center that brings out the child in you. Countless water guns have taken their place in the store, next to viennoiserie products and fluffy sandwiches that proudly stand on the shelves.It is a must to try one of their croissants, which come in various versions, from the classic butter to the one with Valrhona chocolate and milk gianduja or the Pain Suisse with black beer béchamel, cheese, and pastrami.

Sol

After four successful years in Tinos, where it made a splash, Sol has now arrived in Athens, specifically on Praxitelous Street, at the height of Havierou pedestrian street. In a wonderful minimal space, all vegan or vegetarian preparations are made and baked in the open kitchen, so you can see the process from start to finish. Their specialty is rolls and buns.

La Linda

It hasn’t been long since La Linda opened its doors in the center of Glyfada, attracting visitors from all corners of the city to sample its products with a Latin American influence. In Punta del Este, Isabella Aquilina, along with her mother, established their own bakery years ago, and this year Isabella decided to launch her first European venture: a new bakery in the heart of the southern suburbs in Athens.
