Meanwhile, following the success of the first series, the experiential workshop for adults “Japanese Miniature Crafts (netsuke miniature sculpture)” held by netsuke sculptor and conservator of Asian art antiquities Maria K. Ghisi will run for another series starting on June 14.
The B&E Goulandris Foundation, in collaboration with ceramist Elpida Kourtzi, is organising the pottery workshop for adults and teens (15+) “Engraving in ceramic art: Mugs & dishes” that will take place in two independent series, each one consisting of two three-hour meetings.
Inspired by the works of the B&E Goulandris Foundation Collection, participants will make their own unique ceramic utility products and after the end of the series they will take home their ceramics baked, glazed and gift-wrapped.
