2 days free events at SNFCC

The Stavros Niarchos Foundation invites you to a two-day event filled with free activities, music, and fun for all ages, from the fountains to the park.

On Saturday, May 18th and Sunday, May 19th, Generations, the music festival that brings together different generations, returns for its fourth year at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC). Enjoy a diverse program featuring renowned British DJs Don Letts and EddiePiller, alongside a multitude of activities for children including colorful dances, giant soap bubbles, face painting, kayaking, basketball, and more.

Generations is a family-friendly festival where laughter and carefree moments abound, all set against the vibrant backdrop of the Stavros Niarchos Park. With free admission thanks to the SNF’s donation, this event promises a colorful weekend of joy and relaxation for everyone.

Experience the rhythm and beats with DJ sets starting at noon on Saturday and 11:00 AM on Sunday, featuring popular Greek DJs like Blend Mishkin, Anna Mystic, Palov, Stivako, Makis Papasimakopoulos, and more. Join us for a musical journey that bridges the generation gap and brings people together in dance and celebration on the lush green grass of the park.

A legendary figure in the British music scene of the past 40 years is coming to Athens for a unique DJ set.

Open Agora, May 18th and 19th, 10:00 – 21:00 / Tholos, Stavros Niarchos Park.

The informative two-day bazaar of the SNFCC will take place for the second time on May 18th and 19th, at the Tholos of the spring-like Stavros Niarchos Park, alongside the music festival Generations. The goal is to activate the public space as a common meeting place, accessibility, and creation. The 2nd Open Agora this year is dedicated to the theme “Child, Family.”

NGOs and groups active in similar fields can strengthen their work through the sale of products and present the services and actions they offer related to supporting the well-being, education, psychological support, health, development, and social inclusion of children and families.
