The standout Greek beaches
Canal d’ Amour
Greece’s Canal d’ Amour is located in Corfu and ranks 4th on the list. A beach that you fall in love with at first sight when you see the unusual sand formations that create a long, narrow channel for which the beach is named.
Porto Timoni, Corfu
In 5th place, another Corfu beach, Porto Timoni, a lush paradise! In this secluded location in Corfu, you will find two coasts – one open to the sea and the other in a lagoon. It is ideal for snorkeling.
Agios Pavlos, Rhodes
In 8th place, we find the beach of Agios Pavlos located in the southeast of Rhodes. With crystal-clear waters, protected from winds and waves, it offers many amenities and would be considered an ideal beach for families.
Porto Katsiki, Lefkada
The breathtaking view of Lefkada’s Porto Katsiki beach will leave you breathless with the beauty that unfolds before your eyes. Rightly so, it holds the 11th spot.
Located at the bottom of a hollow rock and 35 kilometers from the town of Lefkada, near the village of Athani. It is also known as the “beach of the goats” because in the past, the area was only accessible to goats, which could climb the steep cliffs.
Vai, Crete
Vai is a beach of natural beauty and ranks 15th. It is an area in eastern Crete, between the capes of Sidero and Plaka.
The beautiful Vai beach with fine sand and pebbles is located at the easternmost tip of the island. What makes this place unique is the rich palm forest that extends to the beach.
