Emotional Eating workshop (2hr)

Designed and performed by Dr. Valentini Konstantinidou, our workshop is for all emotional eaters who wish to improve their eating behavior. 

  • Identify unconscious feelings that take over our heads while eating.
  • Raise awareness of our eating patterns
