Astir Marina Vouliagmeni officially opened its doors on Wednesday, May 29, marking a new era for the Athenian Riviera and Greek tourism.

In 2023, the company (owned by Apollo Investment Holdco S.A.) entered into several long-term berthing contracts covering one-third of the total berthing spaces, with plans to finalize additional contracts this year. Additionally, they have signed over 15 commercial agreements with monobrands and other strong retail brands such as Louis Vuitton, Dior, Gucci, and Rolex, among others. Negotiations are ongoing for new contracts, with a focus on providing quality dining services through Bagatelle Athens, Pasticceria Cova Astir Marina, and Moorings.
