According to Reuters, Dar Global (DARD.L) announced on Tuesday its plans to expand into the U.S. and Greece following recent collaborations with the Trump Organization. The Dubai-based developer, part of Saudi Arabia’s Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company (4300.SE), indicated its strategy to invest in “key international cities” across the U.S.

The firm aims to partner with leading developers to construct luxury residences, catering to both American and international markets; however, further specifics were not disclosed.

Dar Global has finalized several agreements with the Trump Organization, which include ambitious projects such as Trump Towers in Jeddah and Dubai, as well as a real estate initiative in OmanEric Trump, executive vice president of the Trump Organization, recently stated that plans are underway for two additional projects in Saudi Arabia, featuring a tower in Riyadh, along with further developments in Abu Dhabi.

During his presidency, Donald Trump established strong connections with Gulf states, notably Saudi Arabia, which allocated $2 billion to a company associated with his son-in-law, Jared Kushner. Since leaving office in 2021, Trump’s close associates have continued to maintain significant business relationships in the Gulf region.
