The Largest Zara in the World is opening in Piraeus

The largest Zara store in the world will soon be located in the renovated Piraeus Tower. What other giant businesses are moving there?

The countdown is on for the highly anticipated official opening of the iconic and long-abandoned Piraeus Tower. According to a statement by Dimand’s CEO, Dimitris Andriopoulos, all new tenants of the building will have moved in very soon, specifically by June.

On May 16th, perhaps the most prominent name, that of Zara and Zara Home stores, will take their place in the Tower. In fact, this will be the largest Zara store in the world, with a total area of 6,000 sq.m. It should be noted that no other brand of the group will be housed in the building, as according to its strategy, such buildings should not accommodate more than two such brands. As NouPou informs, the Inditex group has leased the ground floor, the mezzanine, the 1st and 2nd floors.

Dialectica, one of the new tenants of the Tower

The financial consulting company, Dialectica, is currently situated on the ground floor of the Tower and is planning to lease six of the 22 floors, totaling approximately 6,210 sq.m. This company is one of the fastest-growing startups in Europe, earning a place on the Financial Times list for four consecutive years. Dialectica was the first tenant announced for the renovated Piraeus Tower, acting as the anchor tenant for the investment and attracting other significant businesses from various sectors to the building. In commercial terms, an “anchor tenant” is a business that is the first tenant in a building and draws other businesses to the area, aiming to establish a presence in that specific commercial zone.
